Design your own Caring and Connecting Box with these modules
We start with a warm-up: Gentle physical exercises and movement for everyone accompanied by Doug’s All Star COVID Band.
Creative Karaoke: In breakout groups, teams will rework the lyrics of well-known songs with themes to be defined based on your input. The teams then sing what they have written – a fun opportunity to share and send messages to each other in these Covid times. Using Mentimeter, participants will vote for the best performance and lyrics – and the winners will be celebrated!
Team quiz: A multicultural team quiz with predefined questions prepared by Doug from his questionnaire sent prior to the event to the team members. Fully customised to your teams, the quiz will let them reconnect or simply get to know each other better. And why not think of awarding a warm-hearted prize, such as sponsoring a child to go to school in Africa?
Light and Togetherness: Cultivate care, gratitude, compassion and help people focus on themselves. Doug combines the power of rhythm with light-hearted storytelling, breathing and mind body awareness exercises and voice work. He will lift spirits and give your remote teams tools they can use from home to keep up their energy levels, and sustain performance, focus and output.
At the end of the event, each team member will light a candle and wish each other well as together they shine a guiding light on the future.
